19 inch?
hello people.=]
i just wanted to if rx8s have problems with 19' rims.
my brother drives scion and he said that his ride cannot take 19'
then he would have some rubbing problems.
but can rx8 take 19' without any problems?

I've been driving 19" rims for 2 years. The only problem I've had are with potholes. The low profile tires don't offer much insulation for the rims. Last year I accidently hit a really deep pothole at high speed and it bent my rim slightly out of shape.

With the stock tires already low profile, I think choice in tire had more to do with the overall feel of the change than the rim size.

So what is a good offset and tire combo to fill out the fenders. I don't know of anyone who can roll the fenders so that is out of the question. Also planning on using Teins basic coilover system
