17" wheels, know any?

I've been looking around rx8club and finding some good stuff but I think I want to go for a bronze 17x8 or 17x9 lightweight wheel. I use the car on the freeway but frequently visit the track. Not looking for magnesium 8lb'ers or anything. Looking to be around 16-17lbs. Something weighing less with good strength is always a plus.

Here are a few I was looking at:

MB Wheels Battles Set - Bronze 17x9 - 5x114.3 - +30mm Import Image Racing

RPF1's will be your best bet, and also cheapest (below 17 pounds). The MB Battles you mentioned are about 20 pounds each.

Yea, I was looking at those before, but they don't come in bronze, and I didn't want to have to powder coat them.

I can vouch for speedline turini wheels, they should be available in bronze and meet your weight and strength requirements.. they are rally wheels in the end.

If your budget allows for a set of Volks over Enkeis then definitely go for them, they look sweet. I would buy Enkei wheels instead just for the peace of mind of driving without being afraid to replace a wheel
