You may want to put it so that the front tires are the same and the rear tires are the same. The diagonal differences could cause problems like this. Not because of the speed rating, but they're obviously different models of tires, and perhaps of different age/wear?
In theory, if they're different tires, there could be differences in their effective overall diameters -- just enough to make the car notice and assume something's wrong.
Loki's idea is a good one. Are the two identical tires in comparable states of wear? If so, try putting them on the rear axle and the other two on the front.
