Ok, So I just put in a new exedy oem cluth into my 8 and when I start the car it will not go into gear? We have tried bleeding the system and we even extended the slave cylinder rod because we thought it wasn't engaging. But after all that it still is not going into gear. So I've had some mechanics tell me the clutch disc is in backwards and some tell me no or we would hear noises. My question is what would happen if the disc is in backwards? And would I have even been able to put the pressure plate on? Has anyone else had this problem?

 

I guess if its backward, it would not separate?
