Two days ago, i went to roll up my window and when the window rolled all the way up it made a horrible noise as though it was still trying to roll the window up...like a ticking, but loud...and now when i roll down the window or roll it up it makes that same noise...
is anyone else having this problem and does anyone know how to fix it...my warranty expired 200 miles ago...so i guess i am **** out of luck taking it to the dealer. ANY ADVICE???

 

Check the molding. Maybe you have something in it.

 

My Passanger side window would not roll up all the way and would get stuck. I would have to roll it down some then I coulde roll it all the way up. After some time of doing this over and over the cable went out and my window was in my door. My dealer fixed it under warrenty. Now my driver window is doing the same thing. I think its the heat out here where I live in Vegas. Maybe it just dryed them out.

 

Well...it rolls up and down without a problem...its just that the window won't stop rolling up and down if the window button is pressed down. it makes this noise as though the window is still trying to roll down and can't...i love my car so much but i have had problem after problem...i think i am going to sell soon

 

Umm not me I just hit 50k so I think I'm going to SC soon!
