Sounds like you have an aftermarket intake.

 

That crackling sound is normal. Get a better microphone, and it will go away.

...and then we can hear what you're referring to.

(Find a friend with an iPhone, have THEM (not you while you're driving) use the camera focused on the tachometer. They have good microphones. )

it was bad gas making a rattle noise...its gone now...
