I went to pep boys Because I wanted bright white low beams and they asked me if I had xenon or not and I said no because...well I don't know why, but I did. And i got the headlights out and I saw the DIY for changing low beams and there is a big rubber thing and on mine there was a metal thing that said don't take off. So I brought the bulbs back and the guy said I have xenon and bright white bulbs for xenon were like 130$ each? Is this true?
