i just pulled it out from my car this morning. this is the way it came out....

Was your car misfiring really bad? Looks like maybe you cracked it taking it out if not.

looks like someone bent it when they were taking it out or putting it in.

That can happen from bad wrenching, or it could have already had a stress crack from manufacture or shipping that just wasn't noticeable.

Always use a real spark plug socket, and make sure it is fully seated and aligned with the plug before applying torque. Pull the socket straight off when you're done. The insulator is porcelain. Treat it as such.

^Yup. And the plug looks like mine did so your 8 should be ok. Just need some new plugs.
