Weird noise when in Drive and Holding on to the break pedal

Okay I get this weird screetching issue along with a ticking noise when I am in drive and holding on to the break pedal or going reverse. I drive an automatic 2005 Rx-8 with 1800 miles and I pour Chevron 92 octane gas in it. I just finished doing the recall and getting it all tuned up. Does anyone have this problem?

The scretching noise goes on and off. It sounds like swooshing high pitch noise that I can't explain and along with it, there is a ticking noise that ticks constantly every second. Kinda like a fan hitting something or not spinning right.

That screatching noise is not too loud but noticeable and it goes on and off, off and on. The dealer don't know what it is and so they just gave my car back. Now that's just great customer care right there. I am assuming it's a suspension problem, but i'm not too sure of it. I am not a mechanic and I don't know jack about the guts of my car. Is there a rotary mechanic out here around Monterey Park, CA or anywhere in the LA County?

I'm hoping someone has this problem so they can tell me what it is and how to fix it. I have no crazy mods on my car. Everything is bone stock except my mazdaspeed body kit and exhaust.

For everyone else that reads this, check out your car too. You could only notice this noise if you open the door or if someone is outside standing next to your car.

I don't know. The dealer said they could not mimic the noise. I could have someone check my power steering and belt. What should I do if it is any of those problems?
