Weird noise and strong vibration at exactly 2000 RPM
So I have a 2004 108K, with no mods except BHR Ignitions coils and with plenty of new OEM parts in the car.
Last week, after my oil warning light went on, I added 2L of oil and then was driving on the highway in 3rd gear at 5K rpm, suddenly car stopped accelerating, almost went dead, and CEL starting flashing and then went off. I started slowing down and again tried getting to 5K rpm, and same thing, CEL flashed and stayed on.
I drove back home and noticed this very loud vibration at 2K rpm and weird noise in the engine. Always at 2K. Engine smells also pretty bad almost like if something was burning (though my engine always smells that way)...
I pulled out the code, and it's the traditional P0300 et P03002 : misfire on rotor 2.
Now I'm about to change my sparks plugs tomorrow and will also do an engine cleaning and clean my air filter. I do that twice a year. I have BHR Ignition coils with 20K on them, so I believe they should still be good though I'm going to give them a look.
I have the upgraded engine mounts that I installed 3 years ago. I never had to changed my fuel pump. Catalytic conv was changed twice in the past due to faulty coils and sparks, I hope it's not the case again.
I'm trying to trouble shoot this noise and vibration, from my previous experience, bad sparks plugs didn't cause such a noise near bad vibration like that... I'm due to change them, so that's the first thing I'm doing tomorrow but not sure it's going to be enough to fix everything.
Any idea what it could be? Where I should look at?
Here's the link to a video, the sound isn't perfect but at 17s you can hear it vibrate pretty well.

You are the pros, any input would be appreciated!

Every time I did the seafoam I used new sparks plugs. Im about to do this tomorrow as a first step measure.
I didnt check the oil since I last changed it, it happens. That's why that light indicator is here for I guess... But could it be related to the oil level anyhow?

Drain the excess oil, clean the entire intake track if any oil(check you air filter and box), clean the MAF, and then check your oil way more often..........but don't overfill................you have a dipstick.........use it!
Don't wait for the light to come on!
Check it at least once a week!!!!!!
If you are lucky, that's all it will be.
