CT Weird clicking noise

I live in a snowy part of New England and made the mistake of putting some heavy stuff in my trunk thinking it would help the car in the snow. While it has helped the handling its created a problem. When i drive there is this weird clicking noise coming from the back wheels. I have a suspision it is something to do with the suspension. I am asking if anyone knows of or experianced this problem? PLease help me rx8 club, my 8 rests in ur hands.

Mindless...

maybe one of those people in your trunk i still alive? check for that. then take the dead people out of the trunk before they thaw. once they are out does it still make the noise?
