Weird CD changer problem

I have a base 05 with 25xxx miles. Sometimes when I have cds in my changer and im driving the CD player will turn off and then turn back on, and when the cd player turns off for that second so do my headlights. Also sometimes when I turn my car off the cd player makes crazy noises. When I dont have any CDs in my cd player I dont have any problems. Any ideas?
