Water Pump Leaking

I was changing my oil today and noticed that the water pump appears to be leaking. I've got 58k miles so I was kind of surprised. After searching around on here for a while I realized that 58k isn't unheard of for an RX-8.

In searching I also read something about a weep hole, which I can see in the picture I believe. So is my leak typical and indicates the seal is starting to go?

I'm planning on replacing with an OEM pump and flushing the coolant, is there anything else I need to do while I'm at it? I'm thinking possibly the thermostat.

Replace the pump, belts, thermostat, and hoses.

Thanks, I didn't think about the hoses and belts. And I guess, if you insist, I'll put more coolant in after flushing it.
Anywhere you recommend getting OEM parts online?
