Warranty issues? & Other complaint/s

OK, below are pictures of two things I'm going to bring up when I take my car to the dealer.

Do you think I have a case?

Also, I'll mention the tranny noise (just in case)
The engine almost turned off one day
The driver side door latch seems like it needs grease
The clutch got a little stuck once

I think it's minor stuff, but I'll mention it just in case.

Last question, when the car is not in gear I hear this "VERY" light swirling/grinding noise. Again, it's VERY light and might be normal but do you guys here that too?

Thanks in advance for shareing input on these things:

I think you have a case with the headliner and all the things you listed, but I'm not so sure about the rusty spots on the wheels. That might actually come off with the right cleaning stuff, but I'm not sure. I really doubt they'd just throw on some new wheels, but hey, it's worth a shot - free wheels! :D

The swirling noise is just the rotors spinning around I think...unless they're making a particularly strange noise, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Mine has started making this loud whirring noise when I decelerate, I'm not liking that a whole lot, but if your noise is fairly quiet I wouldn't worry about it.

Don't you wax your wheels?

Try coating them with a tough polymer based wax like liquid glass. They should keep the rust and the dirt off them and also make them much easier to clean?

So, once I bought a Craftsman tool, an impact wrench (the ones you hit with a hammer)--back in the early 90s and recently needed it to get a big rusted screw off. Well, I ended up smacking the thing way to hard and fubared the tip and I think damaged something on the inside of the wrench. BUT, the pocket type case said the lifetime warranty on it will cover ANY damages inccured. So I go to Sears and ask for replacements, they said no. I showed them the case and argued (but spoke kindly) with the store manager for a replacement. After 20 minutes, I got a new set--saved me like 20 bucks or so!

If you argue enough about the rims, unless the warranty statement explicitly states something, I'm sure they'll fix it to make you go away.

I think a few store managers hate me now... :D
