Vibrations/Rattles in Glove Box + Rearview Mirror

Vibrations/Rattles in Glove Box + Rearview Mirror
Anyone else experience this when driving? As soon as I get my 8 past 30-40mph, my glove box rattles. I can stop it when I push it up.
Also, i've read that people have tightened the rearview mirror so it didn't vibrate anymore...but I can't seem to find any screws to tighten.
Anyone experience this? Is there anything I can do about this?
