VERY rich causing smoke
So long story short my car is running very rich, so rich that it is causing smoke along with other things... I have a cobb access port, but the stock maps are loaded and how well can the car or AP regulate the AFR when I don't have a CAT? Is there a step I missed when taking the CAT off? The O2 sensor is still plugged in and yes I get a CEL, but I used the AP to make that annoying thing go away. How can I get a normal AFR on a short term notice with my set up this way?
P.S. I will be getting the engine tuned eventually via MM and the AP once all repairs are made, but the car can't be driven smoking like this and the fuel is a contributing factor to this. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Im Bumping this thread cause im experiencing the same symptoms but i dont have a cobb Accessport or BHR ignition sys. After installing my Agency Power mid pipe and exhaust it has been running super rich to where you can easily smell it(BAD) it is so bad that is creates a brown soot coat on the rear bumper. Any help with this would be much appreciated! Im trying to fix it myself before I take it in for a diagnosis.

Going from an OEM cat to a catless midpipe will make you run richer.
It will also no longer filter fumes or fuel (no cat obviously), and this will produce a clear smell as well as adding to rear bumper soot accumulation.
Your only home-grown option to adjust the tune is to reset the fuel trims, and hope the ECU relearns them leaner. MM's calibration service will also correct it, among other benefits.
