I was geting a cel for a miss fire took care of that but know i have U0100 poping up i tried searching on here and google but nothing really told me the meaning of it just people geting that code with other ones and people explaning the other codes

Depending on the obd2 scanner you have, and its scanning pattern, this is quite a common code for our cars. It simply means that there was a loss of communication to the vehicles network. You can ignore this unless you are seeing some erratic behavior on critical canbus accessories (i.e. if your dash cluster was going bananas).
It can also be caused by an obd2 connector that has loose or corroded terminals that are causing a short when you first connect your obd2 scanner.
for example. Using torque and the OBDLinkMX I almost always get that code.
Take note that you typically are not able to clear "U01xx" based obd2 codes
