Exclamation Transmission leak!

Ok so looking under the car you can see a hose that connects to the transmission and its leaking
Thoughts?
2004 MT RX-8

Does anyone have a pic or diagram of what connects to the transmission?

I tryed searching "transmission leak" got nothing but talk.

I assume you're referring to the clutch line?

Only hose I can think of that goes to the transmission.
Have you checked your brake fluid level to see if it went down?
How does your clutch pedal feel? Does fluid squirt out when you press the pedal?

Oh ok.
Brake light is on but the brake fluid level is in the middle.
Feels ok. Let me try that.

There is a divider in the fluid reservoir that splits the brake and clutch fluids.
Are you sure you aren't just looking at the brake's fluid?
The clutch's fluid is on the side towards the outside of the car while the brake's is towards the center of the car.
Easy way to remember this is to observe the side that has a hose going to the clutch master cylinder.

And can you actually see where its leaking from or do you just see fluid on a hose?

But did you notice any fluid squirting while the clutch pedal was being pressed?
This would require someone in the car while you're underneath observing.

Also, what color is the fluid?
Does it have a familiar smell?

Looks like the neutral switch.
Can you take a wrench and see if you can tighten that more?
