UT Transmission Issue Warrenty Fail

Ok here is the short story of what has happened. I had got my 8 a while back with about 30,000 miles on it. I had not had one problem with it till winter, my 2nd and 3rd gear were starting to get very difficult to put in gear sometimes having to double clutch it or wait for it to slip in gear also grinding. I took it to the orem Mazda dealer who happened to close at the same time i needed something fix haha..

Anyway I meet with some guys from the bountiful Mazda dealership at the car show explained my situation they told me to bring it down and they would fix it under my warranty. I was told not to take it to the Murry Mazda as people were having problems with them. Anyway i took my car in for them to do the repair on it took about 3 weeks for me to get my car back. during that time i had talked to the service tech and had asked if he adivsed a new clutch and flywheel he told me that everything was ok to be put back in the car but if i would like to upgrade it now would be the time, i choose not to upgrade it and had left the stock parts in the car. I piked it up and let it compeletly warm up and i started driving home, didnt really want to beat the newly overhauled transmission.

By the time i got back to orem i was starting to hear whinning noise in the transmission, thought that was kinda werid and i had hard accelerated and tried to shift to 2nd gear well guess what? It hung up on me and would not go in to gear. I called mazda and has asked them if this is normal the service tech told me the whinning will go away in a day and as for it not shifiting give it a few days. I gave it a few weeks as i dont drive my car to much. I ended up seeing a few rx8 and had test drove two, both of them shifted like butter. After this my cars clutch pedal broke <wtf read up on that and had to weld it back together, I called mazda of slc as i was tired of driving to bountiful. I talked to them and told them what is going on and they wanted me to bring the car in, it is currently in the shop now getting the clutch pedal replaced on top of that i ordered the clutch bracket reinforcemnt kit. Mazda called me and told me that they strongly beleive that is my CLUTCH and my Piolt bearing is the reason for the very hard shifting, They wont even drop the transmission to make sure its not the clutch with out me paying the labor cost witch is like 560 dollars or something, they want me to pay this and authorize them to drop the transmission to even veryify if its the clutch or the transmission them self, they told me mazda will not pay for it cause bountiful of mazda had done a full rebuild...

UGGHh and any insight people of what you think ?

Bad rebuild maybe? Or Bad install? **** happens ?

You should've just drive your car back to Bountiful, or tow it back there. Cuz they did the work, they should be the one to fix it.

Right now, you should take your ***** out and tell them that, you didnt do ****, it shouldnt break after a few weeks, and you will not pay a penny and if they dont fix it you will sue. see what they say.
