Throttle Body Tube Oil Leak

I just notice this today.

I have this oily substance coming out of the lower part of the tube connected to the throttle body. See attached pics. There is a small tube that comes out of the throttle body, and connects to a larger tube. The small oily leak is coming from the point where the small tube connects to the larger tube.

I have a MS CAI and oil-catch can installed. There is a breather filer on the oil-catch can, and there is no return to the CAI as I don't want any oil getting in the intake. I did check and there isn't any oil in the intake. Also, the oil level is right at the full mark.

Any idea what can be causing this? What is purpose of this tube connected to the throttle body?

Update: Nevermind, I figured it out.

What baffles me is why is it leaking this oily substance?

Put a hose clamp on there, the leak should stop.

I figured out where the oil was coming from. It was blow-back oil going into my oil catch can. The brass fitting that's connected to my oil catch-can wasn't completely sealed, located directly over the coolant tube dripping oil on it.

It looks like the coolant tube from the trottle body goes into some kind of thermal padded tube, and the oil just dripped on the padded tube opening.

considering this is just a protective sleeve to keep the TB coolant line from rubbing directly against the manifold etc. that's not the best advice ...
