Synchro issues

I made the mistake of changing my transmission fluid at 95,000 miles (not sure if it was ever changed before). I went to Redline MT90, but now it grinds not only at high rpm from 3rd-4th (which was the issue), but now it grinds 1st-2nd, 3rd-4th, and 4th-5th. It only grinds after it warms up. Now the issue may have been there before, and maybe they were running a thicker fluid (or is stock thicker?) to get it to shift smooth. I figure I should dump what I just put in the tranny and go to something thicker. Any thoughts/suggestions?

^ might be doing the same.

Rtrhead, I had the same problem with my 04. with the original fluid there was a slight notchy feeling going from 3rd to 4th. never really bothered me. then I changed the gear oil and that notch turned in to a full out grind. (i switched to redline MT90 btw) odly enough after a few hard laps of the track and the gearbox gets nice and hot the grind goes away? o__O i dont get it.

I've tried both Eneos and MT-90, the Eneos is a lot better. Unfortunately if you're grinding into EVERY gear I'm not so sure some fluid is going to fix it...

Yeah I know i'm going to have to get the synchros fixed regardless, but it sure is a LOT worse with this fluid.
