the 2012 model was never sold in the US and at this point Mazda hasn't chosen to designate it as a part for the earlier USDM models, so the only way to get the part is to import it

By individuals, not really. Paul @ Mazmart carries them (maybe not on his website). Just to be clear to noobs who may be reading this, there ARE normal US retailers who have them.

you said dealers don't have them and I'm explaining to you why that is.

the only way you can get the part currently is to import it yourself or buy it from somebody who did import it

go stupidly seafoam something noob

.

Glad you're back on the road! Definitely sounds like crisis averted.

My bhr coils (first batch) are at a mere 40k miles, but still going strong.

I clearly need to drive my 8 more.
