Strange noise after deflood

Can anyone shed some light on the source and cause of this nasty noise?

It cropped up immediately after de-flooding the engine and hasn't left. I've ran the car fairly hard after the deflood, and through 2 complete emissions readiness cycles. No CEL's or pending CEL's, seems to drive fine. SSV has been replaced so I doubt it's that.

The center of the noise seems to be over the ACV next to the air pump, or somewhere in the lower intake manifold... I'm just not sure.

Any opinions?

The air noise? it sounds like your air pump. Or a huge vacuum leak.

Yeah.

It wasn't there prior to the flood; Just trying to think of reasons why it would have caused that. It doesn't go away depending if the engines warm or cold.

As an update, the car is throwing P0171 now.

I suppose there's a vac leak somewhere, but I can't find any loose connections or anything obvious. Are there any other common failure points for leaks? Would a failing air pump throw more air into the intake stream?

Check the rubber caps on the service nipples on the lower intake manifold. Fairly close to the air pump there.
