Stereo Whinning NOISE! AEM WIDEBAND

I installed the AEM Wideband and now when my stereo is on I hear a loud annoying whine. If I turn the stereo off the whinning noise goes away. this happened when I installed the Wideband.

Does the noise happen only when using the radio, or does a CD also make the noise?

Its a constant whine... I don't play CDs but if am am listening to the radio you can hear it loud. It will go away I I turn the stereo completely off.

You should look for a better ground to the AEM first.

Ok, try playing a cd... I'm just trying to figure out if it is from radio interference or from your dc power. Better grounding is a good place to look.
