So I woke up to find out I left my sunroof open. My stereo still worked for one quick drive, Then i got in it a second time and it wouldn't turn on anymore. So today I tried swapping out the Fuse with one of the spare ones in my car and it was sparking when i was pushing it in. Any ideas or next steps to resolve issue!

You have a positive wire to ground short.
If you know anything about electrical and how to read a schematic and operate an ohm meter. You can track it down.
