Hello....

I have a 2005 rx8 with the stock stereo; and it first started with a popping noise when I would start the car (turning off the stereo or lowering the volume wouldn't help either, the popping noise will still go on)

and now it finally took a **** and the sound is completely gone.
The display works perfectly though.

It just makes a ZZZzzz sound and it doesn't go away,

any ideas on what this could be?
