88k miles, 6 port, full exhaust (no cat) & ignition wires...New iredium ngks 8k miles ago...havnt had any time to check them, I've had to run the car somewhat light these past two months due to traffic going to a new job, i've been tring to get a good high rpm run in here and there just to be okay...

I'm off work today, so I filled up and took it out to the bypass to do a few 140mph runs...spitting hard now.

Anyway, everytime you shift fast or anytime you bring it near redline, it wants to spit pretty bad now...its getting worse...my guess, fouled plugs, what do you guys think? Maybe coils wanting to go out?

Good power as always, just cutting out alot...couldnt budge past 141 mph due to that reason.

In other words, lots of miss-fires.

 

I would check the plugs.

I now live less than a mile from work, so its hard to get my redline a day. This winter I didnt drive it hard enough, then went out for a drive one night and had the same issues as you. Sputtering at high RPMS. I drove the **** out of it and after 30 miles or so it was fine.

Or it could be a fuel issue, maybe the pump dying or clogged.

 

Yeah exacally worded what I was thinking, I just needed some closure on it. I'll check them tomorrow.
