I just installed new plugs about 2 weeks ago it ran great for a couple of days had power like never before..Ok now it seems to be back to the way it was a loss of power..Is it possible that i didnt torque the plugs right and they are not firing right.

Did you change ALL the plugs (2 leading, 2 trailing)? Are they in the correct positions? Have you tested the coils? Are the wires connected properly, and to the correct plugs?
Are you getting any CEL?

HI, I have no CEL and i did change all the plugs and made sure they were all in the proper place..The coils have some miles on them and i know that one of them is good..Is it possible that bad coils can foul plugs out..

one affects the other...
Test them all https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-do-yourself-forum-73/diy-testing-all-rx-8-coils-gm-ls2-yukon-coils-sparkplug-wires-222641/

It could be other issues. But, I put my money on that

Bad coils> plugs> CAT converter> blown engine.

Check the first three, before you learn about the 4th option!

*Yes, I know. A little over dramatic. Just getting the point across

you know what i think happened i took my car to get an oil change they knocked off a vaccum line that took me a while to find and i had a CEL lean code i think all that extra fuel fouled the plugs..ugh

A lean code means there isn't enough fuel in the fuel/air mixture.

but if the ecu thinks it's running lean, wouldn't it dump more fuel to try and correct the lean issue?

That's why he said the " i think all that extra fuel fouled the plugs..ugh " part.

Logic - gotta love it.
