well basically I was installing LEDs on the bulb that is on top of the little mirror that comes down and i was adjusting it so the bulb would fit and next thing you know non of the lights in my car work, not even my alarm or my key that starts the car automatically.

the car can now only be started with the actual key that goes in the ignition. its a brand new 09 rx8. anyone have any ideas what might be the problem?

 

check your fuses

 

check your fuses, i think you might have blew one

 

i bet you blew the room fuse. its in the driver side kick panel. 10A fuse.

 

MMmm, you have me thinking, I thought my room fuse was a blue 15 AMP??, in the 09's??

But yes a fuse...
