Hello. Today while driving I noticed a weird smell in the car. When I later parked the car I noticed smoke coming from beneath the car. I checked under the car and saw smoke coming from the cat. I have the BHR catted midpipe. It looks like there is some stuff/material that has covered parts of the cat and is now burning, it seems like the smoke is just coming from the outside of the cat, rather than the inside.

I'm attaching a picture, it doesn't show the smoke but you can see what I'm talking about. Is it something to worry about? Should I try to remove this "stuff"?
