Slight misfiring?

Hey everyone, I think I have a problem with my coils and/or plugs.
I have already ordered the BHR kit but I would like to know what you guys think.

I made a quick video here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEWktRKtK9M

I almost stalled first since I lose so much low end power when the problem occurs.
I had foot on floor (or almost), you can see its very slow. Mind you this is in first gear but its in kmh. You should be able to gauge the slowness only by sound!
Also, the sound of the engine sounds different, more drowned, lower in frequency..

I once had the flashing check engine (calling for some misfires). I shut off the car, waited, checked everything (oil, coolant) and went to smell the exhaust and it seemed fine. Now when I'm getting this problem the check engine aint flashing, but it aint as bad as when it flashed.

The car is an 05 GT with ~40k km on it (~25k miles) and it's bone stock.

I always keep my oil topped. I don't know what was done since I got it at 25k km (~16k miles) and all I did was regular maintenance (oil changes mainly).

The connections from the coils to the plugs seems fine (on the coils side anyway), I tried pushing them in to make sure they were tight. The only problem I can see is on the other side (plug side).

When this problem occurs, I also have hesitation during startup (hard to describe but hesitation that is noticable even to someone who doesnt drive the car daily, ex. my gf).

Thanks in advance,
Mathieu

The thing is that it's not always doing this. For example in the last 2-3 days it didnt do it...
Is it alot of trouble to remove the cat and put it back to see it's condition or I would need new gaskets and stuff?

I guess I could just take it to the dealer saying I changed plugs and it didnt do anything.

Check your spark plugs. At 25k its time to replace them.

Remove the drivers wheel.

Also, clean the MAF
