Serious Issues.. need HELP.. ASAP

I have a 2004 6spd. The car only has 40,000 miles on it. I have had some idle issues for the past couple months. Yesterday i started my car and the second i started it i know it didnt sound right. I took it for a ride and came back and the CEL came on. Previously i purchased a computer to scan it myself. So i ran a diagnostic test and it threw me 4 different codes. Here are the codes..

P0410 AIR system problem ON 2 AIR system

P0335 Eccentric shaft position sensor circuit problem ON 1 CCM

P0172 System too rich ON 2 Fuel system

U0073 CAN system communication error

I see these 4 codes and i think nothing but money signs. The car has a cheap aftermarket intake and a custom exaust system. The car had run fine with these two upgrade till a couple of weeks ago. I am planning on taking the intake off and putting in either the stock airbox back in or an aftermarket intake that mazda will not bitch about. I have brought my car to mazda before and they have told me they cannot look at it because i have aftermarket intake and that could be why its messing up things.
I started the car tonight to let it run and when i started it i heard some terrible noises. It had a loud knocking noise and took forever to warm up. The symptoms it is having is that everytime i rev the car up or come to a stop and the car drops its RPMs it almost stahls out and the lights flicker and then the computer tries to fix itself and revs itself back up to avoid a stahl.
If anyone can help me out that would be awesome. I have a bad feeling its gona cost alot of money to fix. But im planning on having mazda fix it and do it the right way. If anyone has seen this problem or have had these CEL's on please give me some feedback.

Thanks guys.

Your car should still be under warranty. Take off the intake, reinstall the OEM one then bring the car to your dealer.

The intake isn't going to cause the issues you describe, but your dealer might be **** about mods. So best to be safe.

put up a WTB thread for the oem airbox. You should be able to buy one off someone who's got an aftermarket intake for $50 or so.

I would reset the ECU and Eccentric shaft sensor and see what happens. Air pump may be fried...hence the noise on startup..and possibly the rich error as well

The CAN communication error can be caused by the code reader...so it should go away with the reset

It is an activeX intake. I bought the car with it on. I just havent had the time or the money to replace it. I think im going to just put a stock air box back in and bring it to mazda and bite the bullet on the price. any other suggesions?
