RX8 dash lights on when cold

Can't remember exact lights but abs and the traction control and the tcl i think and the power steering dont work while the car is cold with it being cold outside.

when the car warms up I can flip the key off and on and everything works.

this only happens when its cold outside. so its like a temperature problem. this happen both before and after my rebuild. the engine harness is new also when I got my rebuild the old one had broken connectors so not sure whats up.

Like I said its like a temp problem becaus it goes away when the cars warm and it only happens when its cold outside like really cold.

Can you confirm it's temperature related, or turning the car on and off related?
Because the first time you start the car after disconnecting the battery, the traction control and steering light turn on to remind you to calibrate the steering (turn all the way right, turn all the way left). The lights don't light up on the 2nd start.
So potentially your ECU is losing power while the car is off, somehow. It would be more plausible than cold weather causing a problem. How cold is it where you are?

its 100% cold weather related. ive had the car for almost 2 years and it does it every winter around temps from 9 - 29 fahrenheit really any lower than 29. the morning was 9 but it only ever happens in cold weather. never during summer. even in winter when its not as cold they wont come on but when it gets really cold they do and when the car warms up flicking the key on and off puts everything to normal.

no idea what the cause could be.
