Replacing Radiator Fan assembly

Hey guys,

I had some awesome weather today so I set out to clean the throttle body, replace the radiator fan assembly, install a new air filter, do the trans\rear diff fluid, and fix a yellowed fog light.

The car is sitting in the garage now with the bumper off and I still need to do the radiator fans.

I searched and looked at some of the how tos but it seemed like they were all written for replacing the radiator.

For the fan should I just come in from the top (remove battery box, etc) or can I do it all from the bottom with the car on jack stands?

If from the top how do you remove those wire clips that attach to the plastic housings properly?

Thanks a lot.

typically it is replaced by dropping the radiator out, then you have easy access to everything

and it has been discussed many times, but is probably buried in various threads if you didn't choose to list individual posts rather than threads in your search

Ah, OK, thanks. Yeah I just search individual threads, not posts.
