Sometime at idle around 750-1000 RPM I hear a rattling noise, but if I bring the rev's up just past 1000 it goes away. The problem just started happening after I replaced my ignition coils, starter, and battery but everything should be fastened down tightly. I was ignoring the issue for awhile but it's starting to bug me. Any ideas?

I had similar symptoms with my 8. It turned out to be the heat shield on the exhaust manifold rubbing against the bracket on the passenger side engine mount. I think my mount was starting to fail.

 

I have a rattle too around the same RPM range during idle. I'm not sure if we're hearing the same sound, but mine seems to be coming from the battery box because whenever I put some weight on it, the sound goes away. You could check that and see if that's where it's coming from since you just recently changed your battery.

i also have the same problem. noisy rattle at lower idle rpms. it just started after I had the clutch replaced. it goes away if I get above 1k though.

usually it is due to a torn engine mount.

 

My guess is the motor mount.
