Radio Silence/Heavy Steering
Ok everyone, I really hope this ends up being fairly simple.
A little while back I posted here that I was issues some issues with my radio/power steering/traction control in that they would all momentarily cut out when turning at low speeed (read: parking). if I revved the engine they would all come back, leading me to believe it could be a voltage issue. As an FYI I currently have an agency power underdrive pulley and have started the mazdamaniac tuning process with my accessport.
More recently the problem seemed to pretty much go away but my power steering would get heavy intermittently, and was worse on startup then after a few minutes driving.
The other day I got in the car and started driving only to discover that no sound was coming out of the radio. The head unit display was normal and responsive but not sound was going to the speakers. I have absolutely no idea what this could be. Should I check for a blown fuse? could the pulley/tune have caused it (I know some concern with the pulley is that it robs power to your accesories)? Any help or direction would be appreciated.
