is there any way this will damage my car before i get it looked at? i scheduled an appointment with mazda on Wednesday.

just check your coolant level in the morning and make sure its at the full line or just above and you will be fine. What year is your car?

Where is this TSB for the Coolant Sensor... can anyone post it?

so i took the car in and they cleaned and checked the sensor but said there didn't appear to be anything wrong with it. so far it seems to be working fine but well see after a few hard runs...

they cant repair or replace the sensor.. it is remove and replace....

and i would love to have a conversation with one tha says they can remove and clean it..

hey I'm just telling you what they told me. anyway its doing it again so i guess ill have to take it in soon. i do have full coolant so do i need to do this immediately?

The mazda dealer was just bs'ing you. The sensor is part of the oem coolant tank and can not be removed or cleaned. I would bring back your car asap and get it fixed. It is not an urgent problem, just that annoying light.
