Pull under Acceleration

I recently had the tires on my RX8 rotated, and after I left the shop, my car has been acting weird. When I accelerate (not even pushing really hard) the whole car will pull slightly to the left, enough where I have to do a steering correction. When I lift off the throttle it will pull back to the right, requiring another correction. This started happening right after the balance/rotation was done.

I am curious what could cause this. Is my alignment off and rotating the tires got them out of their comfort groove and exasperated the problem that was already there? Could the shop have knocked something out of line removing and reinstalling the wheels/tires? Usually they are great, but they might have been off that morning. I was the first appointment of the day, and when getting to work after feeling the problem I checked the air pressure and all four tires were under inflated, only at 27psi rather then the recommended 32. (The problem persists even after full inflation.) But that lends me to think they may not have been exactly crisp that morning.

32? Hum your tpms should of had low pressure icon if at 27 psi. These tires take more air..

I actually was pretty surprised the TPMS didn't go off.

Went back to the tire shop, the swapped the front drivers side for the rear drivers side and now it no longer pulls. Strange.
