problems with the 8

I have an 04 Mazda RX8 not running the R Flash with a Greddy turbo kit using the E-Manage. The vehicle with the turbo kit ran good for 4-5 monthes then started to stall at stop lights. A short while later it started stalling at 1/4 throttle and also when revving from 4-7000 RPM and letting it drop back down to idle. I have checked my compression, which is good; also I had hooked up the WDS (Mazda's Computer) and have a short term fuel trim of -25% and a long term fuel trim of -14%-20%. A new throttle body and a new Mass Air Flow (MAF) have been installed on the car recently, and have disconnected the E-Manage and I am still have idling and throttle issues. I have also checked for vac. leaks and haven't found any. Any one who has encountered this problem or can point me in the right direction please comment.
(I know the Interceptor is available, but I do not believe my problem is engine management related).

you have an air leak somewhere... a few have had problems with the intercooler conections... aparently the clamps are not the best.

i would look at that first...
