Velimirisonfire

so my car is running now, but i still have get my tc/abs highbeam lights on my dash when i turn my lights on. Another thing i noticed is that my fog lights wont turn on now :s i contact my also my third break light stopped working, i replaced the stock bulb and same thing. I was told to clean my grounds and thats what i did, all of the ones that i could find have been cleaned. i checked my fuses and relays and they are fine. help me please!!
