plastic gaurd in front?

the plastic guard in the front driver side came undone driving today. it looks like maybe 2 of the screws in the front near the bumper came out and it started grinding on the ground. took a few miles to figure it out. i thought i had something stuck under there. so the front is worn away a little now so it does not cover everything in the front under the car. its this piece here. would this be covered under warranty? i could still screw it in place but there would be a hole near the front where it would not cover the underside. i would think water and air would get up there. should i replace it? any thoughts?

you dont need it. I've been running without that **** for at least 8 months. The guy who owned it before me had ziptied that **** on, and i didnt even know until it came loose and started dragging, and rubbing on the wheel when i turned. So i ripped it off. Literally.
