P2259 code on startup-not while running - replaced soleniods

P2259 code on startup-not while running - replaced soleniods
I replaced all 3 soleniods and am still getting P2259.
I cleared the code with a scanner and it doesn't return until
I start the car again.
Does that provide any clues ?
