P0411 Code

So I have search this code om this forum for hours and either it is a different situation than mine or no one ever posts the end results or what got fixed. So I am getting a P0411 code, my only mods are a Mazdaspeed Intake and BHR ignition system. Soon after I installed the new coils this code sprung up. I have checked the secondary air injection system and it appears to be operating properly.

So I took it into the dealership to have it checked out. They said it was because of my intake which I had modified to a short air intake for spring melt since the the filter in the bumper would get covered in a lot of crap. So I said sure maybe so I put it back to the normal setup and yup the code came back quickly. I really thought this reason was a bunch of bs anyways since this has to do with the emission system. So the dealership is a bunch of lazy's who didn't do proper diagnostic tests and charge me for it.

So basically my question is who had this code and what was the cause and fix. My thought is that it is either the PCM, the computer or it is the cat. Is it possible that the new coils are causing a problem? I will have to recheck that I have not bumped loose any connections installing them, but I think they are all good. Might have to go back the the dealer and give them a piece of my mind.

Thanks Guys and Gals
