p0300, p2004, and p506
p0300, p2004, and p506
I have a 2007 rx8 and have had it for 4 years. Always good on oil changes and its all stock. About 3k miles ago coils went out. Replaces plugs coils and wires and everything was good. Two weeks ago while I was driving all the sudden no pwer and bogging way down. Same symptoms as bad coils. First thing I replaced the plugs and wires thinking maybe a faulty one. Go tto start it amd th same thing. Now I'm getting codes p0300, p0301, p0506, and p2004. Runs really rough, boggs and no power. Barely idles. I'm no mechanic, but just curious if anyone else had experience with this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I have similar symtpoms at the minuet.
I have replaced plugs and lead but not coils.
Think I will go there next. I only had p0302, which refers to miss fire on rotaray no2
p0300 refers to timing problems (p0301 miss fir on rotart no1)
not sure about the other codes.
Im currently rough idle, no power / throttle responce and flashing engine light.
Any one any clues?

I know that a misfire can mean a few things. Besides the plugs wires and coild I was reading that misfires can be caused by cat, fuel injectors, compression loss, and timing. I am not a mechanic but that is what I read.
