ok odd misfire can't quite figure it out

ok odd misfire can't quite figure it out
this is whats new in the car... ls2 coils, plugs, wires fuel pump, cat, solenoids, compression is good (mazda checked it) so I am in a pickle now the only thing wrong is my thermostat and my smog air pump... can anyone give me a an idea on whats the deal... this thing is been taken care of very well and I am at the point of losing my mind...
(ps the smog pump and the thermo is new and started after the issue...)
all thanks would be appreciated... ps i checked the crank sensor and cleaned it... it is fully operational
