thats only in cars with no ac or cruise control deadpheonix. Especially ones that cant be driven in 70 degree weather because it has no ac.

and to the op, I really hope you didn't damage the engine by not refilling your oil. The owners manual is your friend.

 

The car is running fine so I don't believe I damaged anything. I would have noticed a difference already if the engine was damaged right?

Okay, so he/she f'd up. Let's get over it and move on.
If you only ran it down once to when the oil light came on and didn't continue to run it that way, then you are PROBABLY okay.

KMF.....check your oil via the dipstick every two fillups of gas, keep it just below the full mark. Don't overfill it and when you have time, read these three threads or at leastt he first couple of posts in each one.
