O2 sensor voltage not changing

So I recently had DTC P2270 come on my rx8 and after inspection the O2 sensor was bad and was stuck at 0 V. After replacing the sensor the voltage is now stuck at 1.3 V and I am now getting two additional faults: P0037 and P0138. I've followed the troubleshooting guide to no solution. Has anyone experienced this?

For anyone who may stumble upon this in the future, my solution was replacing the O2 sensor... AGAIN. Turns out, the second O2 sensor was faulty, thus causing it to be stuck at 1.3 V.
