No offense OP: I'm guessing a language barrier here?

By #2 O2 sensor I'm guessing the Rear O2 which measures the Catalytic Efficiency.

Question for you:
What year is your car and is it a Auto or MT?

I'm going to guess its a MT.

To me it sounds only coincidental that you are having this issue when you replaced the Rear O2.

Sounds like you are having a clutch slippage problem in gear.

Not sure why it would require a 7000 rpm clutch engagement to get moving but if it did or does you've likely broken something.
A 7000 rpm clutch engagement is never a good idea IMO.

Well it sounds like you need clutch work.

While the car is up on the hoist get them to inspect the Catalytic for you.

And le bump, anyone else have a suggestion
