not your normal low coolant problem!!!
Every since I've received my remain motor my coolant level has been on the low side. If I fill it to the full line it overflows in one drive and is back to low. Yesterday i put some coolant in. when i got home Last night i checked it and it was all the way full, smelled like coolant, and was dripping out the over flow. the car was hot. I Let it sit all night In the morning I came out and it was below the low line... no leaks.. im not over filling it... and it didn't do this before the motor change. Any help would be appreciated. Ive searched all morning and you guys are my last resort before i go back to the stealer...Thank you.

Sounds like something is blocked.
How long has it been since the engine was replaced? You are probably still under the Mazda 1 year 12,000 mile warranty on work done, and taking it back to the dealer is probably a reasonable move.

Yeah im still under the warentee but.. its only on the engine core...last week when I went in for a lean condition I wasn't covered because it was the injector gaskets leaking. Plus my wife would flip out and i don't want to deal with that...lol

I'm not referring to the 8yr 100,000 mile warranty.
ALL work done by a Mazda dealer, including work covered under a different warranty, comes with a "workmanship" warranty, usually 1 year / 12,000 miles. Sometimes 6 months / 6,000 miles. You should still be covered under that.
For example, I just had my engine replaced at 95,936 miles. My 8yr / 100,000 warranty will expire in another ~4,000 miles. However, the replacement itself is warrantied until March 15th 2013 or 107,936 miles on the odometer. For the last 4,000 miles until I hit 100k, it is covered under both.
Check your engine replacement documentation. It should list the warranty info on one of the papers, perhaps the back in lightly colored print.

By the was thanks for the quickness... 2 minutes and a reply that's fast... I was thinking a hose could be collapsing in on its self when pressure builts up... my temps still seem to be good I was @ 187degrees f. When I stopped at auto zone.

i knew what you were saying but thanks for going in to detail. So what your saying is it should be considered "workmanship" that means they screwed me last time... will i still have to pay for parts?

If they did something during the engine install that causes coolant to spew all over the place, then yes, it would be covered under the "workmanship" warranty. Parts, labor, everything to fix that issue.
Although it's possible that this is just really bad timing, and it's a separate issue that just happened to coincide with the engine replacement.
There is quite a bit of diagnosis you can do yourself before taking it in, if you are worried about cost and if they claim that is' not related.

4 DOORS FOR MORE WHORES
Coolant was overflowing form the reservoir before I had my engine swapped for a re-manufactured engine. It did the same as your, I'd fill it and by the time my drive was over it would be lower. Turns out the radiator was clogged. Got a new radiator and lower radiator hose, problem gone.
