Some kind of clacking noise is coming from my tranny. I did just finish a lot of work on the clutch system (not really a lot, just took a long time for me to figure it out) and now that I have that part of it working, I start to hear this noise.

I finished work on the clutch system yesterday and took it out for a test drive. I drove slowly around my apt parking lot and everything seemed to be working fine. I stopped at the apt office and that's when I heard this noise. At first there was a grinding sound whenever the clutch was pressed. That seems to have gone away with some clutch pedal adjustment. Now there is just this clacking noise. The tranny goes into each gear fine and also drives just fine, aside from this noise that sounds like a piece inside the tranny is loose. Any help diagnosing what is wrong would be greatly appreciated
